Method of payment:
In Order to reserve the rental property for you, we must have a Down payment of 25 % of the full rental amount within 7 business days after receipt of the Booking Confirmation. All funds are in U.S., Dollars Credit Cards are accepted.
Terms of Cancellation:

Longer then 60 days prior arrival: All money will be refunded

60 - 30 days prior arrival: We retain your 25 % down payment

30 - 10 days prior arrival: A payment of 50 % of total sum is due

Less then 10 days prior arrival: A full payment is required
All total sums due include all taxes and final cleaning. All cancellations must be received in writing for validation and it is imperative to include your date of cancellation to calculate the above terms.
Availability:
If the property is not available for any reason, a similar property in the same or higher category will be offered for the same rental-amount.

For locations and directions, please go to our Website under “More Information” and see the “view map” button for a printable version of your property map. After your arrival, please call our main number for further instructions. If you arrive after 10.00 pm., please call the next morning.
