Services Provided under the agreement:

Weekly inspection of your home including garden, pool, equipment etc…

Implementation of pool and garden service and quality control checks on service

Upon your approval, quotes will be rendered and services executed for home
repairs and upkeep

Scheduling of property cleaning after rental of bungalow or after a visit by
the owner
-
Ordering of Pest-control services when required
-
Personal check of premises after any alarm incident triggered by the security
system
-
Pick up of mail and processing of all bills
-
Arranging all necessary accounts required by the municipality/state and banking
if not already in place
-
Ensuring that all bills are processed and paid as instructed by the owner (i.e.
telephone, pool, hydro etc…)

Producing a quarterly statement of your account activity and rentals that have
stayed in your property (we also can provide monthly statements)

Taking care of guests that have been rented through the owners arrangement
-
Possibility of renting property on a regular basis once the owner agrees to
such an arrangement. Information will be supplied by an occupancy statement on
how much is rented and when it should be rented or not based on the owners
instructions

Includes advertising the property through our own Website, a Canadian Agent
(based in Toronto) as well a partner in Germany
-
A fee based Airport pick-up and drop-off service is also available
